She thoroughly took notes on Coco's care details, provided daily updates with photos, and even gave us (Coco and us!) gifts when we picked her up! She and her family were also very flexible with Coco's sleeping arrangements, so we didn't have to stress out. “I have used Karen several times and my pup loves her!! She sends lots of pics and updates! She helped me out this past weekend when I had to suddenly leave town. I gave her a few hours notice and she accommodate me and worked around my times for drop off and pick up...I can not say enough great things!! ❤️”

“I was nervous to leave my 5 year old crazy pup with anyone since moving to Colorado as she has never stayed with anyone other than family. Heard great things about David and Laura from a neighbor and set up a meet and greet to make sure it was a good fit. SUPER responsive and very flexible with pick up and drop off times. And she was so sweet allowing them to sleep on the bed with her. At night, they would cuddle with Kassie on the sofa along with her dogs, cats and a bunny. We received regular updates from Kassie with pictures and/or video. We will definitely use her again!!”
